We want you to love your BLACKPINK merchandise; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
